WRITING
Writing for PR and IMC | Slippery Rock University

This was my final project for Writing for PR and IMC, and it was my first time creating a full media kit. The kit included a fact sheet, photo news release, media advisory, broadcast reader, pitch letter, second press release, blog post, public relations advertisement, and a series of social media posts. For the project, I developed a fictional nonprofit live music consulting agency called CenterStage Entertainment Group, founded in 2022 and based in Los Angeles, California, with appearances at music festivals across North America. Its mission was to create high-energy live events by managing every aspect of stage production, from initial design to full-scale execution.
Interactive Multimedia 2 | Slippery Rock University

This was my final project in Interactive Multimedia II. Smethport is a small town in Pennsylvania with a website that features a walking tour map of the area. However, the site was outdated and in need of a redesign, so this project focused on reimagining and modernizing the Planet Smethport website.
I created detailed mockups and clearly outlined my proposed changes. I redesigned the navigation bar to give it a cleaner, more modern feel, and developed both a mockup and a final design for the homepage. I also produced a mockup and final version of a proposed content page, along with a step-by-step explanation of my redesign process and decision-making. I used Adobe InDesign to complete this project.
Social Media | Slippery Rock University

This was my group’s final project in my Social Media course. We were tasked with creating a company from the ground up, including its mission and vision statements. We developed Clarity Hair Care, a brand centered on the belief that everyone should have access to sustainable, ethical, and high-quality hair products. As a team, we established clear business and marketing objectives, built detailed audience personas, selected platforms, and developed strategic content plans. Our social media suite included content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, and Pinterest. We also created a full social media campaign and a mockup of the company’s website. I was responsible for designing all visual content and creating the website mockup.
Social Media | Slippery Rock University

This was a project in my Social Media course where I was tasked with creating a company and developing a social media campaign. I created Coffee on the Bridge, a Pittsburgh-based coffee shop that sells its own branded coffee pods. For this campaign, the company was launching a new product called the Steel Beam Blend. I provided an overview of the brand, its target audience, and its positioning within the Pittsburgh market. I then developed a themed social media series to promote the new coffee pods across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The content was Pittsburgh-inspired to connect with local audiences and strengthen brand identity.
